HOW DO I SWITCH MY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO MG MANAGEMENT GROUP?
You can easily transfer your property management by simply completing an authority form that give us permission to act on your behalf. Once you’ve completed the form, we will get in touch with your current property manager and organise the transition of the property management. As a property owner, you won’t need to do anything yourself.  
 
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
New residential clients to MG Management Group pay a 7% flat fee (ex gst) – no surprises!
 
If you are a developer or have several properties you want managed, we can discuss a flat fee cleaning and maintenance package. This represents a huge saving for you as you’ll no longer have to tender and pay separately for cleaning and maintenance of your properties. This service will package cleaning and maintenance in to your monthly rate amortised against each property. 
 
WHY ARE YOU DIFFERENT & WHAT IS MANAGEMENT RIGHTS?
We are a small, autonomous team who operate using a cloud-based rental system therefore we don’t operate out of a commercial shopfront to service our clients.  We look to package our property management service with common space cleaning and maintenance so we are unlike the standard property management model.  MGM Group specialises in “Build to Rent” developments.  We can provide the full services of finding tenants for the properties while maintaining all the cleaning and garden maintenance of the site.  This falls into Management Rights territory whereby if the development is “off-the-plan” we can help broker a deal by 0n-selling the property management and cleaning services of that development for a sum based on how many “keys” are in the development.  It’s  lucrative but you need to have brokers’ who are familiar with NSW legislation to make it work.  MGM Group have all the right contacts to make that process seamless for the NSW market so there are no headaches with Body Corporate or Strata later.  
 
WHAT SUBURBS ARE YOU AVAILABLE?
Our team is spread across Sydney and the surrounding outer suburbs.  We are NSW licensed real estate agents so only service NSW due to different legislation across states.
 
HOW DO YOU FIND QUALITY TENANTS?
MG Management Group look for quality tenants across 15 different real estate platforms. This represents extensive reach for a landlord who needs to get a good tenant quickly. 
 
We use a national data base to look for any irregularities on potential tenants.  It’s difficult to move on bad tenants so we work extra hard to put a quality tenant into the properties we manage in the first place.  
 
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE CAN I EXPECT FROM YOU?
The team at MG Management Group all have investment properties. We’ve experienced what can happen when poorly qualified property managers are in charge.
 
We know it’s important to have qualified staff address tenancy issues quickly and head on before there is an escalation of the problem.  Our aim is to have all the trades we use to be vetted and available within 24 hours to handle any tenancy issues.
